Congrats to Bucknell OL Julien Davenport, drafted by the Huston Texans in round 4.

Agreed! Go Bison alum! I will be going to Bucknell for my annual family vacation July 8-12 for some golf, sightseeing and custard at Lewisburg Freeze. BU Golf Club is a great course. Playing there since summer 1977 (not consecutively). This year I want a par on #18!

Pards Rule:  Maybe next year you should consider driving to the wilds of Upstate New York, and playing the Colgate Golf Course.  It is a lovely 18 holes in a tiny town so not much chance of the course being crowded!

I do want to. I recall seeing it in Nov. 1979 when we toured that campus. Is it public? Cost?

For channel flippers, Davenport (No. 70) is at left tackle for the Texans on the NFL network tonight. He's played one series. Preseason NFL is a little hard to watch.

Lehigh's Ryan Spadola is still at it, but he was waived by the Detroit Lions this week and then went on IR. He was on IR all last year. He hasn't appeared in a game since 2013.

Yikes does he derive income from somewhere?

Ugh best I could do on #18 was a double bogey six...but I did pick up a kitty on #7 the first day we golfed Saturday July 8, 2017. He was in a tree. About 4 months old. Named him Siete (Spanish for 7!)...Black and white, very affectionate and adorable kitty now here with me on LBI.
