Its been reported that they are going to turn it into "green space". To me that means they are going to tear down the building. Since its in a flood zone, I would imagine that once they tear it down they won't be able to build anything on it. |

Looks that way. The article says that the building is structurally unsound, so perhaps parking and or green space is about all that can be done. |

That of course means we pay 600,000 dollars plus the demolition costs. But 600,000 here 1 mio there, before you know it it real money. Maybe I'm being too negative. |
