FH has a big game with Bucknell

They meet at 1 pm at Rappolt field. Why do we schedule overlaping games with football at 1 pm also!! I don't see any reason why this game could not have been played at 11am or 5 pm. Don't we have any coordination on schedules.????
That being said both teams have 7 wins. The bisons have a new coach and this is the first PL game of the season for both. We have tended to be a second half team. Tomorrow we need both halves. This is a very athletic team for Bucknell and will be a challenge. Both teams are close on paper. We will need our A+ game!!!

If my memory is not failing me like the rest of my body, I think someone asked Frank at the football forum why the Harvard game was not starting a 6:00. He indicated that it was scheduled to be a 6:00 game but there is a trustees meeting on Saturday and they wanted a 1:00 start. I believe he said something like why can't they get drunk until 6:00.

Having those extra athletic fanatics in the stands could be the difference in the game:)

Well the plan was to leave after the FH game and arrive at the FB game at halftime. I'm sort of glad it worked out the way it did. It was an exciting game...double overtime. We dominated the game early but couldn't seem to find the back of the goal. With about 6 min left we score and eventually go into overtime.
We must have had 6 penalty cornors in a row and several opportunities to score. Finally in the second overtime ....victory. This was a very physical game our strength and teamwork vs their speed. I thought Bucknell was more tired at the end than us despite their more liberal substitutions. A hard fought victory...first place in the PL ...and with one more win we tie the number of wins we had last year.....WE ARE BACK!!
Left right away to get the football game and arrived to see the last 5 1/2 forgettable minutes.
Women's soccer also lost and we have american in men's soccer in 10 minutes!!

Another tie in mens soccer but a least not a loss. I hope as we move through the season we will find ways to score!!
