There was a nice article in the Philadelphia Inquirer on a Lafayette Lacrosse recruit from a Philly prep school. He plays goalie. His father played Lacrosse at Lafayette as well. I misplaced the article and can't recall the name except that it was hyphenated and part of it was Jones. The article appeared in the high school sports section in the last few days.

Is it Jake Floyd-Jones, a 6"2' goal tender out of Episcopal Academy ?

EA is a much different place ever since it moved out to the former DuPont estate in Newtown Square. I lived there for a short bit as a disruptive and incorrigible youth. The DuPont place often bore the brunt of our Tom Sawyer-ish shenanigans. That DuPont wrestling guy was a flake, for sure. We all knew it. If Lafayette admissions had only known . . . many a "disturbance" report could have been solved. Rolling Eyes

"OK, we got the beer, who brought the matches?" I'm so ashamed . . .
