Whoda thunk?!

Lehigh shot something like 52% from the line and I guess that was a factor.  No TV and not in attendance.  Anyone with some real information as to how this happened?

I guess this really jeopardizes Lehigh's hopes for a home playoff game.

A win vs. Army on Wednesday moves the Pards into 6th place (with a shot at 5th) and a probable 1st round playoff game at Navy.

Listened on the radio. We were in control the whole game. Started out ahead 9-2. Led by 7 at half and stretched that to 10 before LU made their only run to tie. We then went up by 7 again and it went to nip and tuck down the stretch. As I said on my other post, I guess the Navy game was a wake up call. Two in a row and a win at Stabler is nice any year. Mintz ate Carrington's lunch and finished with a career high. Could we possibly win out? We must beat Army at home! Can we steal one from AU @ KSC?

Go Pards!

Why was Wheeler in there at crunch time with only seconds to go?  Seems strange.

Nice win, Pards better coached team methinks. I wish Lehigh had someone who could shoot. Flat start Hall never got into game .Brown did a very good job on him. Foul shooting was bizarre by Lehigh. Pathetic.

Who would you have in there? He made an assist to Brown for a layup down the stretch. I think we had 4 guards (AB, Kari, Gruner & Wheeler) + Mintz on the floor when we were under 2 Mins. Willen had fouled out. Why did Benbow not play. Hurt again?

I was not aware of foul situations or player availablility when I made the comment.  It's just that Wheeler has not been part of critical rotations up to this point and it seemed strange when he walked to the line with only a second or two remaining.

Congradulations on a very well played game....LC executed when they needed to and carried away the win.

Very good win.  Beat Lehigh even with the homers.

Carney, you obviously haven't followed the team. Wheeler has been a starter most of the year. The last few games he has come off the bench as Gruner moved up to a starter.

We got a monster game out of Mintz, who certainy wanted to make up for missing the two foul shots in the home Lehigh game that would have put them away. Good game out of Brown, taking the ball to the hoop, some nice drop passes to Mintz, plus when he when he's on its lights out. Excellant defensive effort by Gruner.

Benbow injured his shoulder in practice and did not dress. We could have used him when Willen went out with the shot to the head in the first half.

Special thanks to Max for getting the crowd fired up.

That was a blast!  Congratulations to the guys, especially Andrew--a great performance in a game I'm sure he'll always remember.

Our passing was a joy to watch, on the breaks and the screen and rolls.  Yes, Jared lost the handle on more than a few occasions, but overall a superior effort, he had to be exhausted.

Alex contributed in no small way also.

It looked like Ben was told to miss that last foul shot, he drilled it up there flat, but darn if it didnt go in hard off the back rim.  I didnt want the refs to have a chance at another foul call on the heave down court.
