This weekends matchups with NJIT and Bryant should give us some idea of what the team is capable of this season.
Tonights opponet, NJIT, comes in with a 1-4 record, including a 7 point loss to American and a 9 point loss to Wagner, who beat Army by 1. Hopefully, Gardner and Malone return from the stomach flu and nobody else came down with it.
Meanwhile, Sunday afternoons opponet, Bryant, plays at Lehigh tonight. Bryant is 3-4 entering tonights game. Lehigh, one of the pre-season favorite currently has a 5-2 record, which includes a 30 point win over the same Penn team we struggled with on Wednesday.
