Hi Lafayette Lax Parents,

This weekend the Lafayette Lacrosse team will be playing their annual Intrasquad Scrimmage called the “Steak vs Hot Dog” game.

The winners will be eating steak and the 2nd place team …. hot dogs.

We will also be hosting the 2016 class of recruits this weekend for their official visit to campus with their families.

The lacrosse team will be hosting a cookout after this game with burgers & dogs for everyone at the game.

If you or your family are planning on attending this game please reply with your number of attendees so we can plan accordingly.

Watched LC v Hofstra in morning.  Played more like a regular season game in tempo.   Our attack looked decent, midfield a work in progress.  We battled hard at FO x, but Hofstra may have one of top Fogo in country in Clark.  We had a couple of solid kids in street clothes due to injury.  Overall, not many turnovers, a decent effort.  We have at least one freshman at close d who played outstanding against the Pride....in the end was Hofstra 8 LC 6

Thanks so much for the report on the Hofstra FallBall game.  Great to hear that a freshman played a strong D.  We need that!

Were we playing the new kid at FOGO or did we mix it up?

He played, but we played three different kids.  IMO, the kid from Hofstra may be the best Fogo we see all year long....
