So this begs the question...regarding our football facility upgrades, I know Mr. Bourger and Mr. Fisher picked up the vast majority of the tab for these much needed renovations. Do we know if these projects are in fact paid off or was Stadium and Varsity House built on pledges?

The vast majority was paid in cash. There were some contributions in pledges but we are in the fourth year of that five year pledge for most. So the ansewer is bought and paid for.

Yes but what about upkeep and maintenence?

I know the College had an endowment fund for the maintenance of Kirby Sports Center when it was expanded. I thought that was the norm in all the new buildings going forward. My guess is that a fund was developed to cover the maintenance and repairs.
Lafalum can probably shed light on the situation.

It does not occur for all buildings however the Kirby's have always provided for the upkeep of their endowed buidings. I do not know specifically whether the stadiun and team house upgrades were provided for but since the Kirby's were involved its hard for me to believe it wasn't.

Yeah, I bet nobody wants to see Fisher looking like its previous state ever again. A broken bleacher will get replaced, I hope.
