A Fun Poll Just to Break Things Up a Bit

I was at the Eagles vs. Redskins game on Sunday with the First Lady (our first time in the Club level) to watch the incoherence that has become the 2016 Philadelphia Eagles.  I was an Eagles fan even before I'd ever heard of Lafayette College but it got me thinking that providence or just plain dumb luck just won't let me back a winner.

So, in commemoration of my ineptitude as a fan, which of these two highly unlikely events do you think will happen first?

Simply put the PL is at a competitive disadvantage with the rest of the FCS due to redshirts, so I think it will be tough.

Look what UNH did to Lehigh.   Look what JMU did to UNH.

Haha, sorry couldn't help myself. I would point to Colgate just last year who won two playoff games if we are only looking at one year's data  Cool

last 10 years PL is 4-10 in FCS playoffs.  7 out of 10 years out in the first round.   only once made it to the third round.

lets a) go .500 in PL   b) win PL  c) win FCS game.

A little bird told me that you better have a good memory or be of a certain age if you want to remember the Eagles' last NFL Title.  The reason, according to the little bird,  is that it is highly unlikely that they will ever win one.  That same little bird told me that Leonard Tose, among other owners of the team, have sold their souls to the Devil!

Questions: What to NFL fans in Washington, Philly and New York have in common?  Answer: we all hate the Dallas Cowboys.  It was really great to see the Giants beat them last night!

I remember when the Eagles used to play basketball in the off-season to earn some money.  They came to my high school and played our faculty (around '64). Most will recall Irv Cross from that era.  Let me tell you, that guy's biceps were the size of a basketball.  He was solid muscle.

Giants can play up to (Cowboys) or down to (Browns) anybody in the league, "any given Sunday".  Very Happy  Rolling Eyes  Cool
