A win over a Maryland, great pitching, looking good
Great stuff from Jeremy Atkins to lead us over a solid ACC team. Baseball's looking strong!

Congratulations to the freshman--a run on six hits over a full seven against the Terps! Heck of a start to his college career! A nice recruiting job, too, by Coach Kinney to find and land this Texas product. Very encouraging.

Awesome job by the Leopards, don't forget they pulled within 4-2 and loaded the bases in the ninth in the first game, and led 4-3 midway through the second game. That's a very competitive showing against an ACC team that had already played nine games.

Pretty good trip--weekend starters looking strong, relievers another story.
Anybody know what happened to Joe Ezekiel--listed as inactive after four games?
With Joe out, slick fielding Luick is getting starts at first and is swinging a hot bat. Ambrosole and Hayes struggling at the plate. Hope I can get a chance to watch our guys in person when the snow melts.
Go Pards!!

Congratulations to our Pard nine on their PL season opening four game sweep of pre-season favorite Army. Outstanding!! We had terrific starting pitching (relief as well) and timely hitting throughout the lineup. Soph Butler very impressive at third and at the plate. Raible on fire! We saw Xbo at the games yesterday and he reassured me that Ezekiel's injury is minor--he'll be back.
Army playing without their sparkplug--'05 POY Scoggin at SS.
Liberty Bell Classic qualifying game during the week, then Navy away next weekend--hard to believe, but Middies have 22 wins already!
