A win over Boston U.

Congrats to the team for beating Boston U. up in Boston.  With two home games this week, maybe this group will have some confidence.

I am really rooting for this group!!  They deserve some success!

I have to eat my words- sort of - because these were 2 "good" wins in a row. The jury remains out on whether these two wins will have any carry over and these players just needed to get their sea legs. I am surprised there hasn't been more commentary about these wins. It seems like everyone is waiting to see how this plays out.

I can't speak for anyone else, but I imagine one reason there hasn't been much commentary is because the wins were over the league's two worst teams.   If they win one of the next three, I imagine that interest level will rise.

The PL, btw, continues to rank as the nation's #13 conference (Sagarin).  Would have been #12 in previous years, before the addition of the AAC.    Five PL teams rank in the nation's top 150.

Loyola suited only 8 players as they had many injuries which included  starters that were hurt.  They couldn't foul as they had no bench.  One girl at the end of the bench didn't get much playing time.  They still gave us a battle.

Loyola beat Lehigh with the same issues, so still a decent win.  They appear to be a middle of the pack PL team at this point, which is progress.
