Coaching longevity

Since FOH started in 1995:
Lehigh has employed Duke, Mentasana, Taylor and Reed.
Colgate: Bruen, Aiello, Davis and Langel.
Bucknell: Flannery, Paulsen and TBA.
Holy Cross: Raynor, Willard, Kearney, Brown, Carmody.

Since FT took over in 2000, 81-88. 47-44 league. 3 titles. (0-4 playoffs)

Lehigh: Higgins, Lembo, Coen. 118-56. 5 titles. (4-4 playoffs)

Colgate: Biddle, Hunt. 113-62. 4 titles. (3-3)

Bucknell: Gaad, Kotulski, Landis, Susan. 70-95.

Georgetown: Benson, Kelly, Sgarlata. 61-114.

Cross: Allen, Gilmore. 76-93-1. 1 title. (0-1).

Fordham: Clawson, Foley, Masella, Moorhead. 91-82 (3-4).

I'm not looking at women's BB. We're about to get coach No. 4 in about 40 years.

Edited to add football records on the fly. To be checked/basketball added later.

I'm not sure what your point is here? If you are comparing success/failure rates, you need to include the W/L records. Otherwise its nothing more than a history book.

I'm getting there, something came up. The longevity alone is interesting to me but yes wins/losses and league titles will be added.

Good, looking forward to it.

Nice data and appreciated but nothing surprising there if you ask me. I realize you guys have been around LC for a long time but I think I have an understanding now of what LC wants out of its relationship with athletics and student athletes.

The numbers for the FOH era:

Army            201-369.
Bucknell        355-268. Four titles.
Colgate         234-312. One title.
Holy Cross     309-293. Four titles.
Lafayette      309-320. Three titles.
Lehigh          260-325. Three titles.
Navy            284-335. Two titles.

Numbers to be checked but that's the quick-and-dirty tally. I think I'm missing a season for HC. TBA.
What does it mean? Maybe nothing.
Considering Army's woeful years earlier, Spiker has done a great job.
Colgate's last title came during the Foyle years.
Lehigh had a 14-15 season that went to 1-28 because of an ineligible player.
I went with 1-28.

American joined in 2001. I excluded them and the other non-football-supporting free riders.

Just an aside, Fordham has been a stunning 163-373 since joining the A10. Their last NCAA appearance was in 1992 when still in the PL.
For a school with such tradition and big names like Digger Phelps, Tom Penders, it's a big fall.
Plus the Rams gave us Smush Parker.
