Well, we can count on a first round loss to Bucknell or Navy at Miche Stadium in two weeks.

I'm not giving up just yet.  Who knows what demons have overcome them, but it is still a good team capable of beating anyone in the league . . .

especially LEHIGH.

Sure as heck ought to wake up and show it.   Very disappointing few weeks since Bucknell - time for the seniors to find another gear, and Coach M to find a new wrinkle.

it's disappointing people feel this way given the expectations you all had going into the year. when you try to jump back on the wagon around 8 p.m. on april 30, please know it's already full.

Hey we'd all take an 8-4 mark back in February, but we started 6-0 and lost winnable games... CLOSE winnable games.  Plus, it seems like the season has run its 'typical Lafayette fashion' course.

Two things I wanted when the season began - make the PL tourney (done), beat one of the perennial leaders Bucknell or Navy (they beat both) and beat Lehigh (I think they will).

This team put Lafayette lacrosse on the map this year.   Kids are talking about this team and this college.  Before this season, if you were not an academy candidate, a kid had two PL lax choices - Bucknell or Colgate.  But now come the Pards - much closer to the rabid hotbeds of NJ, LI and suburban Philly.  Colgate is in the original lax hotbed, but that area is dominated by Syracuse and Cornell.  With what these kids have done this year, Lafayette has become a lacrosse name.

It's been a tough stretch for a couple weeks, but this team can play and they can win the PL tourney.  I am proud of their accomplishments, but I'm not ready to think "good enough" for my favorite lacrosse team.

One game at a time, though - BEAT LEHIGH.

well-said bogus.

for everyone that took the tuesday night stop on the bandwagon...lafayette's losses: drexel (top-ten team) by one goal, mount st. mary's (hiccup), top-seed and no. 20 army (by one goal) and colgate, who if you took three seconds (instead of just jumping to the "typical lafayette fashion" comment), you'd see is just three goals away from being 5-0 in the PL.

not an apologist, just enjoying the ride and seeing who is really on board.

BEAT LEHIGH!

I know very little about the game but based on last night's game, we are going to have to play better defense if we are going to win the tournament.  There were too many guys  unmarked, or whatever they call it in lax.

I just realized that the Lehigh game is at 7:00 PM not in the afternoon.   Mad   I guess I just assumed because it was Saturday.  I'm going to have to finagle and make excuses and get out of an "obligatory" family-in-law thing.  But I will.
