FH knocks off #13 Boston College, 4-2

I say they should have pre-season at Princeton every year .  Very Happy

Totally agree. Also their bus apparently broke down while they were at Quinnipiac after practice. Amanda Magadan scores two goals ( first of her collegiate career) after hurting her arm in practice thursday according to parents. ( Ran into the goal).

Now onto the next game!! Quinnipiac on their turf.

Good win against a seemingly quality opponent.

Excellent!  Go Pards.

Congrats, Pards and staff, great start to the season!

How often does Lafayette beat the #13 team in any sport?

Today the Pards followed up with a 3-2 win over Quinnipiac.

More than that. they were down 2-0 with five minutes to go, a freshman making her first college appearance (Rosie Shanks) scores two goals to tie the game, the last coming with no time left on the clock and after Lafayette pulled their goalie with 1:30 left. Senior captain Brittany Blass goes 50 yards beats the goalie one and one for the overtime win. Great character win!! All in the account in go leopards and even better in the Quinnipiac account which calls us a "juggernaut."

The Quinnipiac Game must have been incredibly exciting or sould I say a nailbiter.  A terrific comeback.  I wonder if there is any video.  Blass is a terrific player as she has shown many times.
