Heard from Team members that a new FH Coach hired from ACCI heard from some team members that a new coach has been hired and will meet with the team today. An Olympian, the new coach has been an asst for two ACC teams for the last ten years, and a coach for the U.S. under 21 team. This is a VERY strong hire for this program. Recommendations came from 4 of the strongest programs in the country.

Hmmm very very intriguing.. when you say four strongest programs, I assume she has experience with either Duke, Wake Forest, Maryland and... another I don't know of.. UVA?

RecomendationsCoached at one of those schools and one other ACC school. The recs came from inside and outside the ACC. Was a coach when one of the schools won a national championship.

Interview with new FH coach on goleopardsA video interview with the new FH coach is on the the athletics site.
Coming from from Boston College by way of Maryland and the Canadian Olympic team he will bring a big time attitude to a program that has faltered in recent years.
Within three years this guy will have our FH program as a top 15 program!! A great hire by Bruce and a great addition to the staff!!
Between Bohn, the wome's soccer coach, the softball coach, Joe Kinney the volleyball coach and this guy we are building a nice stable of coaches in the "non revenue sports"......now about women's lacrosse!!

Oh I don't know about top 15 lafalum.. I'd take #1 in the Patriot and PA within 3 years..

Keep in mind the top program in the Patriot League (american) has been ranked as high as 4 and been in the top 10 the last 4 years. So if Lafayette wins the Patriot League almost by definition at least a top 15 program. ( Also only 16 teams go to the NCAA's)
Three recruiting classes with scholarships ( you can probably bet on a couple of foreign recruits) with his contacts on the US under 21 team where he is a coach, and we are nationally ranked team!!

By the way a nice class for Stratham in women's soccer. I might might catch my first women's soccer game this fall!!!
