Good job!  btw PardsRule, I just saw your note of May 29.  Glad you had a nice visit to the Chenango Valley. Thanks for the note.

Ah, the Chenango Valley.  We went up to Colgate one year to see my daughter in the middle of May and passed a sign at a garden/landscaping place that said: "Spring is here at last."  Will never forget it!

Here is the link to the story.

the article referes to him as a California college student, but it should be an LC student from California.  Justin credits his quick response and temawork to traninig he received as a Zeta Psi fraternity member.

Ah, I have read they are undertaking that.  Good luck with the project.  Now if you could just "remodel" The Jug.  I hope you make it up there Nov 8 for the big game.  Well, not for you guys who will be looking ahead.

Thanks - it is a complete rehab. I was reading where Fairmount Properties deal with Wayne's Market is now off? They were negotiating a purchase I heard and then the owner decided not to sell. Fairmount was going to demo and put in student housing. Saxbys is going to be a tenant in a much larger mixed use project by Fairmount  in Rochester, called College Town Center opening this fall, right on the doorstep of University of Rochester.
