Lafayette 63, Delaware 52

Big win against a team that has been running off 20 win seasons and is picked to finish in the hunt in the CAA.  Ashley Lutz has emerged from the shadows to become a force.  As advertised, not the same old, same old, as the Pards were not shy about shooting from outside.  Pretty much a comfortable lead throughout.

A very promising start.

Its obvious you were not at the game. Ashley Lutz had 5 points, hardly a force. The game belonged to Jamie O'Hare who played the best game of her career, scoring 16 points and only turning the ball over a few times. Emily Homan also contributed 16 with  strong finish from the foul line in the closing minutes.  Nine players saw time and they all contributed points.

I took my lead on Lutz from John Leone who was very impressed with her contributions up and down the court and declared her Player of the Game.

Geez, you're the guy who wants to get rid of any coach who doesn't have a winning record every year. Refresh me on Coach Leone's win/loss record.
