Lehigh

Both teams shooting poorly, but we are actually getting offensive rebounds. Leopards lead 25-17 with 3 minutes left in the first half.
pards123

Actually got Gumbel, Seth Davis and Kellogg for the halftime show. Hope the pards start lighting it up from 3 once the second half starts
pards123

Instead lehigh does.
pards123

Ptasinski at a minimum just rolled his ankle

Edit: About to check back in about 5 minutes later.
Andy

What do I know, but it looks like Kempton travels, shuffles his feet, almost every time he touches.
pards123

Was thinking the same thing earlier when the commentator was trying to claim we fouled him
Andy

Goldsboro puses Seth in the back for the rebound on the Kempton miss. No call.
pards123

He walked again
pards123

Wonder if Lehigh will go for the win here. They  are down 2 with 13 seconds left
Andy

Yup, giving lehigh everything down the stretch
bethlehempard

The only question on the last walk was, three steps or four?
Why take Kempton out though?
pards123

Heh. Let's go!
bethlehempard

Great game, great win. Kempton's decision to pass maybe was best but usually it's best to go right up.
A great weekend vs. Lehigh.

** Based on DVR Kempton made the right choice.
Andy

YES!!!!

I bet there's data out there that says that, if you're out-rebounded by ten or more, your chances of winning are not good at all.  Our biggest problem IMO.
Refrider

We won.  Why are you posting things we didn't do?

We shot better 43% to 39%
We shot3s better 36% to 3%
We shot free throws better 75% to 67%
We had more assists 17 to 14
We had more steals 6 to 3
We had less TOs 8 to 12

I bet there data out there that says when you do all these things your chances of winning are better.

We allowed 40 rebounds today.  We have only gotten 40 rebounds ourselves against Robt. Morris, Fairleigh Dickinson, and Susquehanna all season.  Lehigh just did the impossible in the Patriot League.  They had 40 rebounds in regulation (a ten rebound edge) and STILL lost.  We must rebound better.
ed65

Hearty "Congratulations" to mens hoops (with tongue firmly in cheek).  We will actually have a team with a winning record.  Someone in Markle is not happy  I'm sure.

The winning record will be small consolation if the team does poorly in the tournaments.

You never disappoint pardfan!  I think you need a new call name....

They shot 11 and made 7 more FTs and we still won. We turned them over 4 more times. Everyone gets fixated on rebounds and having a defensive presence around the rim. And yet we win.
Could someone please name me the Patriot league player who defends the rim and alters shots? There is none right now.
Let's get behind these guys, win the last two and get a couple home playoff games!
Lafalum

well done, we are healthy at the right time. Finally a winning team at Lafayette.
Grandpa Tom

Very Happy   How can we lose the rebounding battle by 10 and still win?  Because we out shot them, but more importantly we played pretty fare defense.  Now I did not say great D , pretty fare.  But with our ability to score, maybe that is good enough.  GO PARDS!!!!!!

When are you going to post the data you are talking about?
