Matt Blue returning

Matt Blue returning? This article would seem to indicate that he is.

Also heard the son of the Germantown Academy coach was joining staff - a former Temple grad assistant.

Who would be leaving? We don't carry that many assistants?

JO

I heard an unconfirmed rumor that another assistant was leaving, but I won't repeat it here because I didn't receive it first hand.  I will just say, if true, who would be the most obvious individual to move on?
Bogus Megapardus

A replacement for Donovan Williams?  Doherty, O'Connor and Williams all were on O'Hanlon's staff last season.  Right now it's just Doherty and O'Connor so it doesn't necessarily mean someone is leaving.  Or does it?

EDIT - NCAA Bylaw 11.7.6 seems to allow 4 coaches for Men's Basketball.  Which is nice.

Well it doesn't mention JohnOConnors departure but the goleopards post does confirm the addition of blue and fenerty.

Coaches page no longer lists coach O'Connor.
Lafalum

Where did O'Connor go??  I kind of saw him as O'Hanlon's replacement eventually.

Doherty was promoted to Assistant Head Coach.

The rumor is that O'Connor joined a scouting service.

By the sounds of the Hartford article, Gallagher cleaned house?
bethlehempard

I would have bet the house against O'Connor succeeding FOH. He by all accounts did a good job and I hope he does well.

With his baggage, it seems like it would have been tough for the administration to approve him as a head coach.   I was a bit surprised someone didn't opposed him coming in as an assistant.

We're going to miss Johnny O. Great coach, gets the most out of every player. A real on the floor teacher. The players had great respect for him. Good luck to him in his new career.
