I believe the Metropolitan College unit of Boston U. offers a degree program in Undecided.  Could be an option for the young man.

Even if Boston U did have that degree, I doubt he would need it, given that he had an offer from Columbia when he was at the Peddie School.   I presume that means Columbia thought he would fit in under the Ivy AI.
