How are the Bucknellians taking the news?

Some remorse for a current assistant, but the chatter generally sounds pleased with it.  From the little I see it seems to be a pretty well thought out choice.

Interesting side note - Carmody up at HC is taking advantage of some churn in the commitment world to sign some nice recruits.  Wish we could get a piece of that action.

Carmoday had two scholarships available, one that came from Mitchell Hahn just transferring out and one essentially from Riley Criswell having to give up basketball due to a really bad knee injury.  It's unusual for the traditional PL schools to have two available in April.

He signed Karl Charles, who could be a good PL wing, and CG Matt Zignnorski - both from NJ.    Charles had remained available for a long time, at least partly due to the effects of a torn ACL.   Last summer he had offers from Lafayette, Bucknell, Rice, Davidson, FDU, and Boston U - but some had been withdrawn.   Finalists a few weeks ago were Penn, Boston U, FDU, and HC.    Zignorski committed last summer to Fordham.  Had two other offers: Boston U and Monmouth.   He then decommitted when Pecora was fired as coach.
