Nice win over Army

Minato scores 37 and Army loses!.  Homan scores 15 and the Leopards win.  The LC Scoring was balanced and they won the rebounding battle.

A very good start to League Play.  Congrats to Coach Nolan and the team.  O'Hare played under control - kudos to her.  Macklin had a great game.

It will be interesting to see if this group can win on the road in league play.

A very solid win. I was impressed with their intensity and teamwork. This was the first game I attended this year. They hustle on defense and there are some terrific athletes who are well coached. A pleasure to watch. We could have our first winning season in three semester from both our basketball team. It feels great to win!!

The program is finally going in the right direction. Seeing improvements each year. Great start to league play, a win over an academy team.

Influence of new assistants - particularly Grentz - having an impact?  Or just maturation of a number of players?  Been a nice surprise either way.

Homan, Freeland, Peabody, Macklin.  All recruited in the same year.  What a haul!
Seniors on men's and women's team will REALLY be missed.  But I'll think about that tomorrow.

Macklin is incredibly improved from her three prior seasons. She's doing everything you would want from a senior AND she's a very self-efacing, nice, genuine, smart person. She represents the very best of Lafayette.

No doubt about it. We got rid of two party girls and whiner. Current staff is focused on player improvement and wining.
