This was not a competition. This game wasn't lost at the FT line or 3-pt line. Even the rebound deficiency wasn't unusual.
This team just couldn't play.
Is the 10-win dream season out of reach?

Nick and Matt didn't score and the young lads are, well, young. This will be the ups and downs of this season. Lots of growing pains.
Andy

Wow. Well I regretted not being able to watch, now not so much.

Agreed.  FOH knows how to beat Penn, even at the Palestra.  It's a matter of talent and execution - both of which are pretty much in the "development" stage right now.  He's got Linder and Klinewski; then a pretty substantial drop-off; and then the noobs.  This is going to take another year.

Take another year? How about a decade.....with a new coach who can recruit and develop players who are up to D-1 level.

FOH is 7-14 versus Penn. The unstoppable Quaker last night was a freshman.

Assume the next two games, Sacred Heart and Moravian, are wins. St. Joe's, a loss. Lafayette will need five league wins to get to 10. That's doable.
