St Francis NY

The Terriers must be terrible - 33 points, wow.  But congrats to the Leopard women on a road win.  Their task becomes just a tad more difficult with games with Maryland and Pitt coming up!

Yeah - I don't know if that's the best scheduling move for a young team like this. The distance between the big-time and the small-time is a lot wider than it is in men's basketball (not that it isn't wide there) and the Terps beat up on Delaware State by a mere.. .gulp...75. Although Delaware State isn't exactly ready for prime time. I don't know if I would take the 'Pards and 40 on that one.

God - the box score on the St. Francis game is a painful read.

Hey - we're 4-7 and closing in on the 6 wins that Tammy routinely provided for us. Next year will be the first year we'll be able to to even start evaluating how coach Nolan is doing for us. But I think it's safe to say we're better off with her.

Totally agree. I have not been much of a fan of women's basketball but I will catch a couple games this year. This could be a fun team to watch.

I was forced to watch the women's game when my daughters played in high school.  I found that it was slow enough that I could occasionally figure out what was going on and I actually liked it.  In any event, win or lose there is just a lot to like about this coach and team.  I'm guessing that I'll see more women's games than men's this year.
