State of the Program?

So...

14 wins..Most in a long time....Promising frosh, what looks like a good class coming in, we're light years ahead of where we were 3 seasons ago.

But...

2-8 down the stretch, VVDV exits the building, we're especially weak in the low post where most every other team in the league is not bad, and we only improved to 6-9 in league games from 5-10 a year ago despite only losing one starter.

Half way there or halfway lost?

I think the women's program will be fine.  14 wins is light years ahead of where this program has been over the past 10 years.  Disappointed that we lost to Lehigh but very difficult to beat a team 3 times in one year.

I agree with Truth.  The women's program is on the upswing.  I'm setting two early goals for next year, and they have nothing to do with wins and losses:

1.  No more one and done in the playoffs.

and

2.  One of the incoming freshmen on the All Rookie team.

Both of these indicate a step forward and longer term implications in terms of surrounding Wright with some talent.  Failure in either would be a bad year by my reckoning.
