THE comeback

How about those women!? How about O'Hare's tails up play! Exciting!

Great play.   However, there might have been a certain amount of Official(s) luck involved.  If you look at the replay it seems her right foot might have still been out of bounds when she grabbed the ball off Colgate's back.  If it was, chalk it up to "its about time we caught the break".   Curious if anyone else sees it that way.

It was the first thing I looked at on the replay. It was very close, but, hey like you said, we deserve a break.

I remember Brian Burke doing this at least one time in a men's game, but, he made sure he hopped in bounds with both feet before he grabbed the ball.

I don't believe she has to establish both feet in play. As long as she has one foot in play and the other not out of play (on the floor) she is in compliance with Rule 9, Section 4, Article 2.
