Wagner

hope Ski has them prepared this week. He needs to really push them.Wagner should be an easy win....lets hope

Looking OK so far but Wagner is not very quick.

Gotta be impressed with Sullivan at FOGO.  But we need to maintain possession!

BTW Wagner clobbered Manhattan in its opener, 15-8.  Pards look like they'll win this one by a similar margin.

I'm lovin' me some Zack Merle!!!

Second half miscues and TOs . . . inattentiveness?  sloppiness?  just plain lack of effort?  Who knows.

But a win is a win.  Congrats Pards on the first of the 2016 season!

Frosh d-poles, fogo and the usual suspects on attack--nice effort. We need to sustain with the real deal teams coming up. Reverted to sloppy bad habits 2nd half which must be loss of concentration and lack of maturity. As my dad would say, the problem with youth is its wasted on the young

nice win!! great confident booster...the attack played especially well..FOGO a solid job ...im concerned about the midfield...we don't  have one threat..better teams will pack it in on us knowing that we have a weak midfield

Trilax, when my kids visit I grab my ol' stick out of the barn and we have a shoot-around.  We're so busy jawbonin' and yappin' and BS-ing that I'll toss an easy one way off target, or else I'll twist my (aging) body for a catch instead of sliding properly and I'll miss the ball.  That's because I'm paying attention to everything except the game.

Yes, it's an extreme example, but some of the Middie play in the second half this afternoon kind of reminded me of a shoot-around with the kids.

Asking again . . . anybody . . . where is Erik Cannon?  Is he injured?

This February 11, 2016 article from Phillylacrosse.com has Cannon "leading the defense" for the Pards.  What happened?

Also, tip o' the hat to Seahawks head coach Matt Poskay.  My oldest son faced Matt in high school so I got to watch him up close and personal.  At the time I didn't think I'd ever again see a talent like Matt Poskay, and that remains true today.  The kid was just . . . U N B E L I E V A B L E.

Matt went on to play for Virginia and he had a pro career as well.

Saw the same as the rest of you.  Improved at FO, solid on attack, ok on D no real hard shot sniper from outside to keep a better team honest and shakey in the middie ranks particularly near the end.  Hoping the later is fixable with some time, as that will be killer vs. PL.   Curious about Cannon as well but he isn't a solution to the particular problems we seem to have.

Cannon and cloud suspended for the first 4 games i believe for violating alcohol school policies...
laxdad

Cannon and Cloud for 3 games. Back for Army.
Bogus Megapardus

Thanks for the info on Cannon and Cloud, guys.  Substantial blow to the Defense.  I hope Loyola doesn't turn into a huge blowout.
