Homan made preseason All-PL.

I've not been keeping track, but do we have any freshmen who have the potential to keep this from being same-old, same-old?  Does Theresa Grentz have any eligibility left?

Haven't seen Ptasinki's sister play but have met the girl from Chicago.  She looks every bit of 6-2.  Outer city.  Tried to get her to say she's a scorer; but. she wouldn't take the bait.  If she can take the place of sixth-"man" Kelly, we will be in fine shape.  Homan '15 is as good as anyone in the league.  Just a terrific, determined player.  Defensively, the other teams are consistently able to take that first step and drive the baseline before we can react. Aggressive teams like Holy Cross and Army just kill us.  Our height advantage last yr (and probably this yr) kept us in many games.  Saw the Northwestern (refs stole that one in the final seconds) and Loyola games.  Top players are seniors.  6-3 soph Harriett from England showed flashes.  She MUST contribute for us to make any real noise

They will play an "exhibition game" vs Bloomsburg on Wednesday, 11/5 at 7:00pm. Open to the public.

Anyone not named Kelsey Minato, that is.

Agree.  Minato is on a whole different level than the other top players in the league.  She definitely will be in the discussion for the league's second best player ever - and if she improves a a fair amount her final two years, she might even get into the conversation for #1.

We are up 43-42 in the all-time series with Lehigh. It would be nice to hold that edge. As recently as 2005 we had an eight-game spread, 36-28.
