Wright, right, write, there's gotta be a headline in this
Couldn't make it up to Ithaca, disappointed that they lost (although Cornell is supposed to be pretty good) but how about Lakeisha's line in the box score? 20 points shooting 57% from the field, and a team leading 7 rebounds (including 4 offensive) from the guard position!! Looks like we've landed our best player in a while (and I say that fully realizing how asinine it is to say that after 2 games).
We were down by 5 with 4 minutes to go and Garner's still not in the lineup. I have high hopes for this bunch---I really hope they can finally break through.
Anyone who has info on Garner please post---I'm a big fan and I think she's key to our success.
