WSOC getting it done

Kudos to WSOC for starting the Fall with a win.  I know that DSU is not a powerhouse program, but it's these games that you must control and win.  Hopefully, this trend continues with the rest of the Fall sports (especially, FH).

The level of competition is what it is but, at the end of the day, we beat a team 4-0 that we beat 1-0 last year. So I'll take it.

We've got a good test coming on Sunday with reigning MAAC Champion Siena. The Saints' final RPI of 123 last year was better than every PL team except for Boston U. (Bucknell was second with a comparable 129).

I can't get there on Sunday, so I wish the game was livestreamed.  Gametracker is sometimes a bit frustrating to follow, although I do appreciate the effort in trying to keep up with the flow of the game..

I think LC should have a legitimate shot in this one.   Siena was 6th in the MAAC regular season last year before getting on a hot streak and upsetting three consecutive teams in the MAAC tournament.    In their only game with a PL team last year, they tied Holy Cross.   The PL has been a bit better than the MAAC in recent years in this sport.

FWIW, Siena last night tied a UNH team that last year was not as good as LC.

This should be a good year, we are starting 7 seniors.

Got it!  Thanks.

I didn't see this link anywhere on the goleopards site.  How did you find it?
Lost Again

For some reason, once an event starts, the SI department considers it the "last event".   Scroll down the middle of the page scroll bar.

Thanks.
Andy

I went to Siena wbsite, schedule, and they had video and livestats links.
