All that I heard out of the banquet is tammy forgot to introduce one of her player and the parent of the player walked out of the banquet. This coach doesn't even know the players on the team.Sad Sad Sad!How much longer will we have to put up with this? |

I hope that's not true.
OK...mistakes are made...and Bruce is making a much bigger one.
I know you read this Dr. B--you've made some astute personnel decisions in your day but keeping Tammy is a HORRID move. Next year the team will win a few more games and you'll think you made the right move---In two years they'll lose 23 games and you'll know you didn't. |

This team will be competative next year but when VVD,Purr ,Gomez,Johnson are gone they will take a step back and I dont want to think when this years sofs leave. OH My I havent seen any thing out of the freshman that will lead me to believe that this team will be as good as it is now. P.S.She did forget to introduce a player.Lame |

you've mentioned this twice in three posts, your other one was a lame attempt at humor by announcing Tammy had resigned. have anything else to add? |

Well I just don't have the google skills because I couldn't find anything in the world connecting LaKeisha to Lafayette. Doesn't mean it's wrong---I just can't find anything in The Washington Post, and local rags in Prince George's county...anywhere.
Is it safe to say recruiting is done? I know they're pretty much done recruiting for the spring sports before the spring season begins. I can't imagine Tammy doesn't know who is going to be joining her team next season. If she's still fishing, the big ones are gone. I guess we'll have to wait a couple weeks for all of us to know. |

We stink. We have stunk for years and we will almost surely be horrible next year and probably years to come. Everybody sees this except those who make decisions. |

Can't confirm, but certainly possible as she looks to have been unsigned heading into the spring signing period.
Gazette:
LaKeisha Wright, Roosevelt, senior: Wright capped her varsity career in grand fashion, helping the Raiders to a third straight state 4A championship. The 5-10 guard averaged 13.7 points, 6.8 rebounds and 3.8 steals for Roosevelt, which became the third county team to win three straight titles. Wright, a second-team Star⁄Gazette selection last season, is being recruited by East Carolina, Maryland-Eastern Shore, Navy and Rider.
Wash Post 4/5/07:
G LaKeisha Wright, Eleanor Roosevelt, 5-10, Sr.
Two-year starter was a leader on the court as Raiders claimed third consecutive Maryland 4A title. Averaged 13.2 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Is being recruited by Navy, Bucknell and East Carolina. |
