Cathy Foto long time coach of Colgate's FH was let go. Their field hockey program has long been at the bottom of division one much less the Patriot League. Last year Lehigh fired their coach.
Let there be no doubt the rest of the league wants to win!! Time for us in all sports to get with the program. Foto was with Colgate for 28 years.

Colgate's AD is relatively new and is a VP reporting to the president!!!

Foto also was an Associate AD.  Gone from that position as well.   Colgate's press release didn't even allow Foto the common fiction of having "resigned".

Yeah, you get a "404 Error" if you try to look her up on the 'Gate website.  Wiped from their memory, it appears.

Brutal dismissal but necessary given her poor track record.

Hopefully, 'Gate won't rally this weekend on the gridiron with a "Win one for Coach Foto" war cry.

Great. How do we do that in FH? It appears this coaching staff doesn't know what to do with their resources.

Seems like we peaked too soon and died out over the last half of the season. The loss to AU was a turning point. Scoring died out, no fast breaks, spent most of time playing D. You have to play to win and not play to not lose.

I still think we need more speed from our forwards.

Correct about the forwards. I think coaching is the issue although I hate to say it because the coach does not lack for resources.
