I believe # 11, Fishbein is a Pard commit for T&F

That's great!  Hope we get to see him throw for us.  But, first things first....Wink

It looks like the flip worked out in our favor.  Mike is big boy for a kicker.  Those TX connections are really paying off!![/quote]

In trying to figure out his recruitment progression (2016), saw this in his brother's bio at W. Illinois:

PERSONAL: Born January 12, 1996... his younger brother Michael has been a major influence, "He's shown perseverance through three ACL injuries and showed me what it looks like to live by faith."...

Wow!

Smile No. Decided to hold back given all the late activity from flips to late signings all thru the PL. LU has 4 more. Would not be surprided if Garrett got a few more.
Gotta remember that NSD is the start for signing NLIs not the end.

Good to hear!  Looking forward to his thorough, and unbiased analysis. Wink

Connor Kerstetter has a PWO spot at Notre Dame. The final destination isn't set yet.

Lots of changes from originally announced roster. Brycen and Major remain. At RB -  JJ and the record setter heading to Yale, no longer listed.

J J younger  headed to Yale? Isn't  he bound by the NLI?

JJ AND the record setter who is headed to Yale (Name is Dudeck, 4th leading rusher in PA history, I believe) were announced in March as the starters for the West team. Both are not listed on the final version of the roster. Saw JJ yesterday, believe Simpson, too.

Congrats to Major and Brycen on completing their terrific HS careers yesterday in the E-W AS game.

Brycen's TD pass:

ALTOONA – Montoursville’s Brycen Mussina threw a 29-yard touchdown pass to Beaver’s Darius Wise to lead the West to a 17-14 win over the East at the PSFCA East-West All-Star football game Sunday at Mansion Park.

Mussina completed 6 of 13 passes for a game-high 127 yards. His touchdown pass put the West up for good with 7 minutes, 32 seconds left in the game.////

Only offensive stats were posted. No tackle #s for MJ.

Apparently he was named one of the East's captains, not surprising:

Go Pards!

Regarding 2017 offeree:

77) Jon Abrams RB 6-0 200 Gilmour Academy OH

source: self 1/11  (in home visit by Coach Pace later that month)

http://www.hudl.com/profile/2982244/jonathan-abrams

Abrams has ended up at The Sem with Harvin and seems to be keeping up with things LC via twitter.  He's probably not on a Kirby scholarship; from observation only, there appears to be one per year and requires a prior commitment to Pard Football (Dmitry, Thrasher, Harvin, I believe). I sure could be wrong re scholarship.

Will keep an eye on Jon for 2018.   Good player!

Also will we be open to a transfer?  Rutgers has 3 QB's looking to transfer.  Two are juniors who we may not be able to touch, but one is a Freshman.  These kind of players may consider Lafayette when you have a coach like this.  Every player and recruit, especially offensive skill players, have to be super excited.

Hey, the freshman is a Cowboys fan. We have an in!  Smile (6-5 pro style)

Mike Dare, former Rutgers football rs freshman, will spurn FCS interest and attend Lackawanna Jr College with an eye on returning to FBS.
