Casey's HUDL:

Seems considerably more agile than what we usually see at 6-6 280. Over an  FU offer, too, is nice.  Glad he's with us for early signing day!

Fingers crossed!  He can fly and play any position!  Look at that move 45 secs in!  Very much in the same mold of our current dbs.

No direct announcement but associated twitter account leaves little doubt. Really nice addition. Congrats all around!

Remaining priority needs:

WR - 3 seniors graduating, not much proven behind them (love Joey though)

DT - corps is mainly upperclassmen

TE - starter is a sr, thin ranks

OL - at least one more of quality

RB - replacing a sr starter and a defector

Agree?

Personal fav on our rather limited offer list is 23) Jayvion Q, could see him at either side of ball, big mobile.

Good list Andy, and really like what the staff is doing so far.

The QB in particular is a tremendous get. Also like that we are recruiting from premier in state programs like Pitt Central Catholic and Wood. Those kids from Wood are tough SOB's.

Agreed.

We need WRs that can stretch the field. My fav is #22 Polk.  He has everything you'd want in a receiver.  Speed, hands, routes and goes up to get the ball.

Got him!!  He just announced on twitter. Working from an iPad and my social media skills are not quite up to par.  Andy will post it!! 😉

He could definitely play WR for us as well!!!  Congrats and welcome Jordan!

Yes!  List update time!

Jordan's junior year long jump of 23'4" would have claimed 2nd place in the PL league meet. And 200 time of 22.1 ain't bad either!  Coach Curcio might be calling....

Steve tweeted his commitment tonight as a TE. He had previously tweeted that Davidson's offer was also as a TE.

22) Polk chose Princeton. Coach has us going up against H, Y , P more than our own conference. Frustrating.

Former OL coach Heffner once told me that as soon as he  heard the term "Ivy" while recruiting he just moved on to another kid.Maybe Garrett has extreme confidence in his recruiting charisma.Maybe he will learn the Heffner lesson.Time will tell.

Hopefully he learns soon! Until and unless we become a perennial winner, I can't see winning battles with H-Y-P-P. They're getting kids over upper tier FBS schools. I think our sweet spot could be MAC type kids.

edit:  We can't even offer an IVY-type education when our biggest academic expenditures are in the Arts and Gender studies!   At first glance I see 2 players with those majors.  2!
