Chance of rain has "fallen" to 90%.  Here it is from the meteorologist's mouth:

Showers likely with a slight chance of thunderstorms this morning...then occasional showers with a chance of thunderstorms this afternoon. Some thunderstorms may produce gusty winds and heavy rainfall this afternoon. Warmer with highs in the lower 70s. South winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 90 percent.
